To acknowledge the valuable contributions that volunteers make to maintaining trails in the BRV, we are rolling out our Trail Volunteer Recognition Program!
This program is based primarily on the cumulative hourly contributions made by volunteers to trails in the Bridge River Valley. Contenders for awards are chosen annually by totaling up hours recorded in work summary reports entered via Trail Forks, our Trail Work Summary Report Form, and the BRA Volunteer Tracker Form.
Points System
- 1 Hero Point for every hour of volunteer work logged.
- Additional 5 Hero Points for volunteering at an organized Trail Maintenance Day held in the BRV.
- Complete up to 10 hours of volunteer hours to have your name entered in an additional prize draw at the end of the year.
